The Flood of 2013 has left hundreds of Morley Families still devastated since so many of them lost everything that they had. They are in great need of food, clothing, baby items, furniture, bedding, books and children's back packs. Anything that you can give will be greatly appreciated. Please leave your donations at the back of the Church and God Bless you for your generosity.
You can also contact Valerie Heath at 403 678-6280 if you need to have donated items picked up
CWL: Catholic Women’s League: A national organization rooted in gospel values calling its members to holiness through service to the people of God. Our theme is “One Voice, One Heart, One Mission.” We meet the second Wednesday of the month at the blue house in Canmore. The next meeting will be on January 9, 2016.
RCIA: Interested in becoming Catholic or learning more about your faith? Come and join the RCIA (Right of Christian Initiation for Adults) group which meets Monday evenings at 7:30pm at St. Martha’s house (the blue house beside the church), or contact Al Bush at 403 678-9458.
Baptisms: For all baptisms, a Baptismal Preparation Course is required. Due to a lack of volunteers, the program is only offered two or three times a year. Therefore, as much notice as possible must be given to the parish, so that parents can take the course and set a date for the baptism. Baptismal Forms can be picked up in the parish office
Marriages: Please Note: The office must be informed 12 weeks in advance of any marriages taking place outside of the parish and requiring Freedom to Marry forms or a letter of permission.
