Information Session this weekend: Our information social on the status of the new church building is this Sunday, November 22nd from 1:30 - 3:00 pm, in the Nakiska Room of the Holiday Inn.
Please try your best to be there as it will be an important milestone for our future!
Mass Cancellation: Mass will be cancelled on Tuesday, November 24t,h as Fr. Wilbert has a leadership course to attend in Calgary. Adoration will be lay led.
Enjoy an evening out and support the new Church Building Fund: Conquest Theatre presents “Scrooge,” a Christmas play based on Charles Dickens’ Christmas Carol, at St. Michael’s Church Hall on Thursday, December 17th at 7:30pm. All net proceeds from this evening’s show will go towards the new church building. Please purchase your tickets in advance as it is well attended. Tickets are available at the Wild Goose Trading – “The Woolrich Shop” on Main Street. The cost in advance is $20 for adults and $10 for children under 12.
Poinsettias: Please keep us in mind when you are purchasing poinsettias this year. Donations of poinsettias to place around the altar for the Christmas Season will be gratefully accepted.
First Eucharist and First Reconciliation: Registration forms are now available on the bulletin board at the back of the church. The registration fee is $10.00 and a copy of the child’s Catholic baptism certificate must be submitted with the registration form.
First Reconciliation Registration Deadline: January 15, 2016
First Communion Deadline: April 1, 2016

We require person(s) to prepare the children for First Reconciliation.
Please contact the parish office if you are interested in preparing the children for First Reconciliation.
RCIA: Interested in becoming Catholic or learning more about your faith? Come and join the RCIA (Right of Christian Initiation for Adults) group which meets Monday evenings at 7:30pm at St. Martha’s house (the blue house beside the church), or contact Al Bush at 403 678-9458.
Baptisms: For all baptisms, a Baptismal Preparation Course is required. Due to a lack of volunteers, the program is only offered two or three times a year. Therefore, as much notice as possible must be given to the parish, so that parents can take the course and set a date for the baptism. Baptismal Forms can be picked up in the parish office
Marriages: Please Note: The office must be informed 12 weeks in advance of any marriages taking place outside of the parish and requiring Freedom to Marry forms or a letter of permission.
